Global Startup Ecosystem Report 2019 Launch at Kells Tech – MidEast Region, Ireland

Meath Enterprise were delighted to officially launch the 2019 Global Startup Ecosystem Report (GSER2019) at the Kells Tech Hub on 10th May 2019 in the presence of An Taoiseach Leo Varadkar TD, Minister Regina Doherty TD, Minister Helen McEntee TD, Deputy Thomas Byrne and many other regional and national stakeholders and partners who supported the ecosystem assessment of the Mid-East Region, Ireland over the past 8 months. The project, which started in October 2018, is being delivered in collaboration with regional and national stakeholders and partners from across the public and private sector such as Department of Business, Enterprise and Innovation, Enterprise Ireland, Maynooth University, Local Authorities, Local Enterprise Offices, Chambers of Commerce etc and with the support and guidance of our global partners Startup Genome ( The aim of the project and ongoing relationship / partnership is to help us to develop a structured framework with actions and deliverables based on our strengths and global best practice that can help us to support and develop startups more efficiently and effectively going forward. It also provides exposure for the region on a global scale through its inclusion in the #GSER2019 which was officially launched at The Next Web (TNW) Conference in Amsterdam on 9th May –
