Epicom started off in the Enterprise Centre in Navan, Co Meath in 1999 with two employees. We now employ nearly 290 staff in Ireland with our headquarters here in Navan.

In the early years it was difficult to get staff in Dublin and Navan offered facilities as well as the opportunity to hire experienced staff to allow our company to grow. Our experience has been extremely positive.

We have built a large company around a culture of innovation and customer service. We have retained key staff who have now grown into very senior roles in the company. We have always been innovative in terms of offering flexible hours and working arrangements to suit employees trying to balance a busy life.

The quality of life in Meath is excellent and maintaining a work life balance is possible. Being able to retain key staff and minimize staff turnover is very important to our continued growth plans.
