Butterfly Studios is a centre of excellence for dance and wellness. There are a selection of dance and fitness classes available for adults and children along with a variety of bodywork and wellness therapies.

Butterfly Studios offer courses in the following classes including Classical Ballet, Barre Fitness, Vinyasa Yoga, Yoga 4 Cancer, Progressive Ballet Technique (training to improve all sports), Kids Yoga, Mindfulness for Children and more.

The wellness therapies available by appointment include Sports Massage, Holistic Massage, Indian Head Massage, Chair Massage, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Complete Decongestive Therapy (for Lymphoedema). Onsite corporate wellness packages are also available.

The studio is the home for Butterfly Ballet School, a Royal Academy of Dance (RAD) registered school for children age 3 and upwards. Students will benefit from the internationally recognised Royal Academy of Dance (RAD) syllabus which, is one of the most researched and formulated educational organisations in ballet. These classes provide numerous benefits such as physical stamina creativity, expression and musicality. Children are given the opportunity to prepare and enter for examinations with the RAD and they also take part in local events and performances.
